  • Understanding your business

    Before I start writing, I want to know everything I can about your brand and goals. Your brand voice or style guidelines. Examples of content you love. Key business objectives.

    The more I know upfront, the better I can create content that resonates with your audience.

  • Planning and strategy

    Together, we’ll decide on content types (blog posts, case studies, white papers, social content, etc.), messaging and positioning, and project timelines and milestones.

    We’ll make sure every piece aligns with your goals and your audience’s needs.

  • Collaboration and communication

    I value clear, proactive communication. I provide regular check-ins and updates on progress, plenty of opportunities to provide feedback, and am responsive to questions or adjustments.

    All content includes at least one round of revisions, with additional rounds available as needed.

  • Deliverables

    At the end of our collaboration, you’ll receive:

    Polished, audience-ready content

    Materials that can be published or adapted across channels

    Optional research or SEO support if relevant

    Once the project is complete, I’ll send the invoice for the remaining balance, due within 7 business days.
